Welman, late of Company A, hirty- third Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, One hundred and seventeenth Regiment Indiana Volunteer nfantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of 'that e is now receiving. _ Approved, March 3, 1905.
