That it shall be the duty of said commission to select a site for said monument, which shall be on the battle ground, to superintend the erection thereof, and to make all necessary and roper arrangements for the unveiling and dedication of the same wrhen it m§_$;'£;¤;;_**¤¤¤* shall ave been completed.
