That there is hereby granted to said company for terminal purposes and for the building of approaches, wharves, docks, wareouses., elevators, and such other structures as ma be necessary for the conduct of the business of said railway, on andy contiguous to the Tenana River and the Yukon River, and at such points thereon as the company shall select, public land not exceeding one hundred and sixty acres at each of said points and having a frontage on each of the said rivers not to exceed one mile; and a si m-ilar grant of land is hereby made to said company forintermediate division terminals at points on the line of its railway to be selected by it as most convenient for said intermediate division terminals and approximately one hundred miles apart.
