[Priv¤¤<>.N<>·1i’·30·] Be it enacted by the Senate and House 0 f Representatives of the United Funk B,w,,m_ States of America in Oengress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤¤i<>¤ i¤¤¤¢¤¤¤¤· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the ension laws, the name of Frank Breazeale, late of Company F (Captain Robert’s), First Regiment Texas Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1907. _
