No-1663.} Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United mph D_Pm0,,S States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤¤i<>¤i¤¤r¤¤¤¢€i- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension lfws, the name of Ralph D. Parsons, late of Company K, and hospital steward Fourth Regiment and Twelfth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
