Linsday. lPriv¤¢¢· N0- 2665-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United John C_m,,,d,,,,_ States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¢¤S*°¤i¤*=¤¤¤¤d- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laews, the name of John C. Linsday, late of Company D, Thirty-ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension_at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
