N0- 3079-1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Thom R_ Sum, States of America in Congress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤¤¤<>¤ i¤¤¤¤>¤¤¤· Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension aws, the name of Thomas R. Smith, late of Company I, Twenty-first Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and Fay im a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu o that he is now receiving.
