No- 3402.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Nemo Moo", States of America in Ocngress assembled, That the Secretary of the P¤¤ i¤¤i¤¤r¤¤-¤¤d- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, sub`ect to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name oi Newtpn Moore, late of Com any B, Fourt Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and Company K, Thirty-seventh Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906.

Overley, widow of Charles L. Overley, late of Company H, Sixteenth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer- Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of sixteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
