[Private, N0- 3501} Be it enacted by the Senate and House of.Representatives of the United m,,,,A_Smm,_ States of America in Oonyress assembled, That the Secretary of the P*=¤¤i°¤ i¤°¤*>*¤€d- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the ension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eliza A. Smith, widow of John H. Smith, late of Company A, First Regiment West Virginia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, June 29, 1906. {Eng - CHAP. 3876.-An Act Granting an increase of pension to William H. Bums. [Private. No- 3501] Be it enacted by the Senate and House af Representatives of the United wmhm H_Bum,_ States of America in Ocngress assembled, That the Secretary of the Pension increased- Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the nsion roll, subject to the iprovisions and limitations of the pension laews, the name of William . Burns, late of Company A, Third Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and Company C, Sixth Regiment United States Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
