J¤¤\E§ry3ig.}907- Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatw}vea of the United Stateu of America in Oongrees assembled, That Augustus Trabing, hav-` ing served in the Quartermaster’s Department of the United States §,,“g‘g{*“§,T’,§§Q§§é,_ Army, and on guard dnt in the forts surrounding the city of Wash- i¤¤¤¤¤.¤t¤-.rem¤v¤d- ington, and as blacksmith, and wagon repairer with Government trains at Springlield, Illinois, and Leavenworth, Kansas, in eighteen hundred and sixty-five and eighteen hundred and sixty-six, be and he is hereby, relieved from any disability under the laws of the United States and from any defect of naturalization, and that his case, numbered fourteen n’f,‘g,,i;'g;g§,‘{f‘;}f,‘Q,’j hundred and thirty-two on the Indian depredations docket of the Court of Claims, which was dismissed for want of such naturalization, may be reinstated, and said Augustus Trabing is authorized to prosecute his said case and to receive judgment thereon the same as 1f he had been naturalized under the laws of the United States at the date of the loss; and to that end that the Court of Claims be, and hereby is, vested with jurisdiction as if the case were on original trial. Lott, who was afterwards captured and returned to the United States officers by said Peter F airley.
