Arrrionn II. p,};‘;§,’§‘(§’ “"’*“Y °p° The (present Convention shall be considered as an integral part of the said Extradition Conventions of the 12th July, 1889, and the 13th December, 1900, and the Ist Article of the said Convention of the 12th July, 1889, shall be read as if the lists of crimes therein contained had ori inally comprised the additional crimes specified and numbered 14 andg 15 in the Ist Article of the present Convention. R¤¤¤¢¤¤<>¤¤¥ The present Convention shall be iatiiied. and the ratifications shall be exchanged either at Washington or London as soon as possible.
