State_ or Territorial homes for disabled soldiers and sailors: For hS¤¤w¤¤dT¤r¤wr1¤1 continuing and to State or Territorial homes for the support of disabled °m°°` volunteer soldiers, in conformity with the Act approved August V<>1-21 v- 450- twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and e` hty-eight, includin all classes of soldiers admissible to the Nationdl Home for DisabledgVol— unteer Soldiers, one million two hundred thousand dollars: Provided, {www- That no part of this appropriation shall be apportioned to any State m°m°°m'°' or Territorial home that maintains a bar or canteen where intoxicatin liquors are sold: Pmmkiedfurther, That for any sum or sums collected i <¤¤g¢¤<>¤¤ frvm in any manner from inmates of such State or Territorial homes to be nm used for the support of said homes a like amount shall be deducted from the aid herein provided for, but this roviso shall not a ply to any State or Territorial home into whiclli the wives or widlows of soldiers are admitted and maintained.
