appropriated, to the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Company, a corporation, one hundred and thirty-seven dollars and twenty cents, and said sum of one hundred and thirty-seven dollars and twenty cents is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasur not otherwise appropriated, said sum having been exacted and colllected by the Treasury Department, through its proper officials, from the said Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Com any, as a penalty for an alleged delivery in nineteen hundred andp seven to the Emery·Bird— Thayer Dry Goods Company, of Kansas City, Missouri, of six cases of imported toys, on entry numbered seventeen thousand eight hundred and thirty-five, without entry, examination, or payment of duty, as r·equired under the conditions of the bond under which these goods were transported from New York, it now appearing that said merchandise was regularly delivered after entry, examinatgrgin, and payment of duty, and under an order from the surveyor’s o ce. mee: Sec. 2.
