National Forest, within the State of Idaho, should be known as the Idahfivéliagional Forest andh bh mu itap ears att e u `cgigod be romoted eliminatipg certain l)ands from thelldaho ational Forldst; by Now, erefore, I, H. Taft, President of the United States of America, by virtue of the power in me vested by the Act P' of Congess approved June fourth, eighteen hundred and ninety— seven 30 Stat., 11-34), entitled "An Act Making appropriations for sundry civil expenses of the Government for the Escal year ending June tlnrtieth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight and for other p_urposes," do proclaim that the bonmdaries of the Idaho National orest are here y changed and that they are now as shown on the diggm forming a part ereof. _- ` gsroclamation shall not prevent the settlement and entry of §,g*L'·g}'¤¤•¥¤_|¤¤¤ any lan heretofore opened to settlement and entry under the Act P` of Co0nF·ess approved June eleventh, nineteen hundred and six, entitl "An Act To provide for the entry of Agricultural lands within forest reserves." _ It is not intended by this proclamation to release any land from *'•••¤¤•¤- reservation except the areas indicated on the diagram as eliminated ger to reserve any land not heretofore embraced in a National crest. No public lands are included in the areas hereby eliminated.
