The eastern district shall include the terri- E“"'” °""’°t‘ tory embraced on the first day of Julgésnineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Berks, Bucks, C ter, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northamgoton, Philadelphia, and Schuylkill. Terms of the district court shall held at Philadelphia on the second T°"”°° Mondays in March and June, the third Monday in September, and the second Monday in December each term to continue nmtil the _ succeeding term begins. Terms °"°` of the district court shall be held at Scranton on the second Monday in March and the third Monday in October; at Harrisburg on the first Mondays in May and December; at Sunbury on the second Monday in January; and at Williamsport on the first Monday in Om tc t H June.
