H' R‘ 2167*1 [Public, No. 195.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives qéthe United States of America in Congress assembled, That hereafter the terms of $§*,§§§@§§§§,§§§· the United States district court for the Jonesboro division of the Arg-1 36 m' eastern district of Arkansas shall be held at Jonesboro on the first wcities. ’ p` 1 ’ Monday in May and the fourth Monday in November. That the State of Pennsylvania is divided into three ,,,,*{°,§‘,'g,,.,’f’},',§f"“ ""“' judicial districts, to be known as the eastern, middle, and western _ districts of Pennsylvania. The eastern district shall include the terri- E“"'” °""’°t‘ tory embraced on the first day of Julgésnineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Berks, Bucks, C ter, Delaware, Lancaster, Lehigh, Montgomery, Northamgoton, Philadelphia, and Schuylkill. Terms of the district court shall held at Philadelphia on the second T°"”°° Mondays in March and June, the third Monday in September, and the second Monday in December each term to continue nmtil the _ succeeding term begins. The middle district shall include the toni- mam d‘m°'” to embraced on the first di? of July, nineteen hundred and ten, inxbhe counties of Adams, Bra ord, Cameron, Carbon, Center, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lackawanna, Lebanon, Luzerne, Llycoming, Mimin, Monroe, Montour, Northumberland, Perry, Pike, otter, Snyder, Sullivan, T Susquehanna, Tioga, Union, Wayne, Wyoming, and York. Terms °"°` of the district court shall be held at Scranton on the second Monday in March and the third Monday in October; at Harrisburg on the first Mondays in May and December; at Sunbury on the second Monday in January; and at Williamsport on the first Monday in Om tc t H June.
