A PROCLAMATION F§€ng;j°g,}*¤**°¤¤* WHEREAS, an Executive Order effective July first, nineteen hunrmmua. and fifteen, that all include within the boimdanes of the Kern National Forest, California, be transferred to and adriiiiéiistered ais a part of the Sequoia National Forest also within sai tate; an WHEREAS, it appears that the public gplod will be promoted by excluding certain areas from the Sequoia. ational Forest, in Cahfornra and by restoring the public lands subject to disposition in the V°'- *-1*-*- excluded areas in a manner authorized by the Act of Congress approved September thirtieth, nineteen hundred and thirteen (38 Stat., 113), entitled "An Act To authorize the President to provide a xgqthodtior opening lands restored from reservation or withdrawal, an or o er purposes";
