Sec. 605. Sec. 606. SAME-A.PPRAISEMENT.—Tl16 collector shall require the APP‘¤*S°m°°*· appraiser to determine the domestic value, at the time and place of appraisement, of any vessel, vehicle, merchandise, or baggage seized under the customs laws. _ Sec. 607.
