Each D°**“¤· such report shall exhi it, in detail and imder appropriate heads, the resourms and liabilities of the asociation at tge close of busmess on any past day by him specified, and shall be transmitted to the comptroller within five days after the mceigit of a req_uest or requisition therefor from him, and in the same crm in which it is made P¤¤¤¤•¤¤¤· to the comptroller shall be published in a news aper published in the place where such association isestablished, or if there 1sno newspaper in the place then in the one published nearest thereto in the same county, at the ex use of the awociation; and such proof of ublication shall be ifurnished as may be required by the comptroller. Resohved the Senate and House 0 Representatives of the United States of Abfriierica in Uongreaa aaaerilbled, That the provisions_of md1lfi¤li1u¤$¤I?•f4}i°;§nvu¤¢¤ the Act of Congress of February 25 1919, allowing credit for milr tar service during the war with Germany in homestead entries, §;§j*{,¢v;.f_*_‘;f* *““¤ *¤ and, of Public Resolution Numbered 29, approved February 14, “V0l.“42,p.1l6l;Vo|. 1920, allowing a preferred right of entry for at least sixty days "" after the date of openingl in connection with lands opened or restored to entry, be, and the same are hereby, extended to apply to those citizens of the United States who served with the allied armies during the World War, and who were honorably discharged, upon their resumption of citizenship in the United States, provided the service with the allied armies shall be similar to the service with the Army of the United States for which recognition is granted in the Act and resolution herein referred to.
