The purchase price for the said tract of land, the erection of the said buildings, and all expenses incidental thereto shall not exceed the sum of $62,000, which amount

roperty shall be taken directly to and in the name of the United gtates; and in case a satisfactory price can not be agreed upon for the urchase of said land, or in case the title can not be made satis¥actory to the Attorney General of the United States, then the latter IS directed to acquire said tract of land by condemnation and the expense of procuring evidence of title, or 0 condemnation, or both, shall be paid out of the appropriation herein made for ¤.,g*,;'g°§‘v*§,°,§,,b,‘_;“{,§,{,’f the purchase of said tract.
