The northern district shall include the territo em- N°”*“='¤dlS*’i°*· braced on the lst day of July, 1910, in the counties of Cullhnan, Northeastern ru- Jackson, Lawrence Limestone, Madison, and Morgan, which shall ""°"’ constitute the northeastern division of said district; also the territory Northwestern ru. embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Colbert, wm"' Franklin, and Lauderdale, which sha.ll constitute the northwestern division of said district; also the territoiiy embraced on the date M"*'”°‘“"*S‘°"· last mentioned in the counties of Cherokee, ekalb, Etowah, Marshall, and Saint Clair, which shall constitute the middle division of said _ _ district; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in S°“““m d“’“‘°“· the counties of Blount, Jefferson, and Shelby, which shall constitute _ the southern division of said district; also the territory embraced ’°s¥’°‘d“"S‘°°· on the date last mentioned in the counties of Walker, Winston, Marion, Fayette, and Lamar, which shall constitute the Jasper division of said district; also the territory embraced on the date last E“‘°""‘“"lS*°"· mentioned in the counties of Calhoun, Clay, Cleburne, and Tallade a, _ _ which shall constitute the eastern division of said district; also W°s°°md"lS'°”‘ the territoéy embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Bibb, reene, Pickens, Sumter, and Tuscaloom, which shall T constitute the western division of said district. Terms of the district court for the northeastern division shall be held at Huntsville on the first Tuesday in April and the second Tuesday in October; for the northwestern division, at Florence on the second Tuesday in February and the third Tuesday in October: Provided, That suitable §{,‘f,",§§§, mmm rooms and accommodations for holding court at Florence shall be furnished free of ex ense to the Government; for the middle division, at Gadsden on the gist Tuesdays in February and August: Provided, R°°"“ °‘ °°"“d°”‘ That suitable rooms and accommodations for holding court at Gadsden shall be furnished free of expense to the Government; for the southern division, at Birmingham on the first Mondays in March and Sefptember, which courts shall remain in session for the transaction o business at least six months m each calendar year; for the Jasper division, at Jasper on the second Tuesdays in January and June: Provided, That suitable rooms and accommodations for R°°¤”°””P°'· holding court at Jasper shall be furnished tree of expense to the Government; for the eastern division, at Anmston on the first Mondays in May and November; and for the western division, at Tuscaloosa on the first Tuesda in January and June. The clerk of the °“°"· court for the northern rggtrict shall maintain an office, m charge of himself or a deputy, at Anniston, at Florence, at Jasper, and at Gadsden, which shall be kept op`? at all times for the transaction of the business of said court. e district jud§e for the northern Mmm _ district shall reside at Birmingham.
