Approved, March 4, 1925. CHAP. 582.-—An Act For the relief of Palestine Troup. [Private, No. 266.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the _ United States of America in. Congress assembled, That in the ad- §}§‘§§‘,';° ?;,‘§§·,,,,,_ ministration of the p€I1Si0H laws and the laws conferring rights and mmprivileges upon honorably discharged soldiers, their widows and dependent relatives, Palestine Troup, formerly a private of Company E, Fortieth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, shall be held and considered to have been mustered into the military service of the United States as a member of said organization on the 12th day of April, 1864, and to have been honorably discharged on the 20th day of July, 1864: Provided, That no pay, bounty, or other my Bm emolument shall accrue prior to the passage of this Act. ’ Approved, March 4, 1925.
