IS-LO EXTRADITION TREATY——LITHUANIA. APRIL 9, 1924. c,!¥;;§_j,**¤=¤**°¤S¤¤· AND WHEREAS the said Treaty has been duly ratified on both Z ` parts, and the ratiiications of the two Governments were exchanged in the city of Kaunas on the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred anditwenty-four; 1‘¤¤¤¤=¤¤¤¤¤¤¤- NOW, THEREFOR I, be it k11own that I, Calvin Coolidge, President of the United States of America, have caused the said Treaty to be made public, to the end that the same and every article and clause thereof may be observed and fullilled with good faith by the United States and the citizens thereof.
