W. Huesman survey numbered 819, in the; counties of Tillman, Oklahoma, and Wichita, Texas, in Q<‘¤S¥¤1¢*‘€·¤· accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to V°x`34'p`d4` regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this*Act. ~ i Sno. 2. There is hereby conferred upon the said Grandfield Bridge %};{{i"* §{c“°‘1;Q§"§§ Company, a corporation, its successors and assigns, all such rights pr2ati3cs,e£é, ‘ and powers to enter upon lands and to acquire, condemn, occupy, possess, and use real estate and other property needed for the ocation, construction, o eration, and maintenance of such bridp and its approaches andp temiinals, as are possessed by railroad corporations for railroad purposes or by bridge corporations for bridge purposes in the State in which such real estate or other property is situated, ugon making just compensation therefor, to e ascertained and pai according to the laws of such State, and (,m,mmm0n pw the proceedings therefor shall be the same as in the condemnation eepiizugs. and expropriation of property in such State.
