[Public, No . 72s.] Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That all cl aim, right, title, and interest in and to certain lands on the Yankton Sioux Indian Reservation in the State of South Dakota, now reserved for agency, schools, and other purposes (embracing one thousand acres, more or less) pursuant to the Act of Congress dated August 15, 1894 (Twenty-eighth Statute, page 286) be, and is hereby, rein- vested in the Yankton Sioux Tribe of Indians when they are no longer required for agency, school, and other purposes : Provided, Not available for however, That this Act shall not be construed to make any such land lotmonts . availa ble fo r allo tment purpos es . CHAP . 184.-An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the highway [II . R. 15470.] department of the State of Tennessee to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Cumberland River in the vicinity of Harts Ferry, Trousdale County, Tennessee . Tennessee may of Congress is hereby granted to the highwa y department of the bridge, at Harts Ferry . State of Tennessee to construct, maintain, and operate a free high- way bridge and approaches thereto across th e Cumberland River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in the vicinity of Harts Ferry, in Trousdale County, in the State of Tennessee, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters," approved March 23, 1906 . R.15269.] the cons tru ctio n of a bridge across the Red Riv er at or near Coushatta, Louisiana . [Public, No. 731.] Be it enacted b y the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Red River, at or near Coushatta, Louisiana, authorized to be built by the State Highway Commission of Louisiana, by the Act of Congress approved February 3, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from February 3, 1929 . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Allegheny, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to construct, maintain, and oper- [Public, No . 732 .] Ohio River.
