261 (3) To make each payment authorized by subsection (b) of sec-
ex- ceeding awards 2 (relating to awards of the Mixed Claims Commission), if the amount thereof is not payable under paragraph (2) of this sub- section and does not exceed $100,000, and to pay interest thereon as provided in subsection (c) of section 2 ;
