Payments in Federal securities accepted .
SEC. 6. Any p ayment of int erest or princ ipal may be m ade at the option of the Kingdom of the Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes in any United States Government obligations issued after April 6, 19 17, such obligations to be taken at par and accrued interest .
