Un funcio.nario. consular tendra jurisdicci6n exclusiva en las dis- putas que surjan del o.rden in- terno de barcos particulares de su pais y ejercera. el solo. jurisdic- ci6n cuando estas ocurran entre oficiales y tri~ulantes por el man- tenimiento de la disciplina a bo.rdo, con tal que el barco y las per- sonas acusadas de falta toquen un puerto dentro de su jurisdicci6n consular.
