As encomendas sao imedia- tamente entregues aos destitia- tarios nas estac;5es de destino, livres de quaisquer encargos de transporte; mas 0 paiz de destino pode, querendo, cobrar do destina- ~ario2 por despezas do trafe~o mterlOr e entrega, uma taxa cu]a importancia nao podera., em caso algum, exceder 1,50 francos ouro. 2. Cada Administrac;io podera. impor taxas de armazenagem ou de demora, que forem julgadas justas, nos casos em que os desti- natarios deixem de :receber as suas encomendas dentro dum periodo equitativo prescrito ~la Administrac;ao do paiz de destmo. Estas taxas serao canceladas no caso da devoluc;io da encomenda ao paiz de origem. XVI. REEXPEDIQAO. 1. Qualquer encomenda reex- pedida dentro do paiz de destino ou entregue, pelo primitivo cor- 'reio de destino, a urn segundo destinatario, sera sujeita a taxas adicionais que forem prescritas pela Admimstrac;ao daquele paiz. 2. Quando uma encomenda for reexpedida para qualquer dos dois paizes, novos portes como tambem novas premios de registo ou de seguro, nos casos de en- comendas registadas ou encomen- das com valores declarados (as quais, quando reexpedidas, de- verao ser enviadas na mesma qualidade de malas em que foram recebidas isto e, em malas de encomendas registadas ou malas de encomenrlas com valores decla- rados, conforme 0 caso) , pode- rao, se nao tiverem sido antecipa- damente pagos, ser cobrados no acto da entrega e retidos pela Administrac;ii.6 que mer a co- branc;a. Each Administration may Demurrage charges. impose reasonable storage or de- murrage charges in case the ad- dressee fails to accept delivery of any parcel within such reason- able time as is prescribed by the Administration of the country of destination. Any such charges shall be cancelled in the event of the return of the parcel to the country of origin. XVI, REDIRECTION. Redirection. 1. Any parcel redirected within Charges specified. the country of destination or de- livered to an alternate addressee at the original (jffice of address shall be liable to such additional charges as may be prescribed by the Administration of that coun- try. 2.
