For the publication (1) of the remaining unpublished volumes of th e Journals of the Continental Congress (volumes 30, 31, 32, and 33) ; and (2) the fourth, and final, volume of the Records of the Virginia Company ; and (3) in connection with the Bicentenary of the Birth of George Washington, the rebinding, in full morocco, of the Papers of George Washington, three hundred and two volumes ; $35,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary . For the publication of the Catalogue of Title Entries of the Copyright Office, $55,000 . For the printing of catalogue cards, $129,400. CONTINGENT EXPENSES Or THE LIBRARY For miscellaneous and contingent expenses, stationery, supplies, st ock, and materials directly purchased, mi scellaneous traveling expenses, postage, transportation, incidental expenses connected with th e administration of the Library and Copyright Office, including not exceeding $500 for expenses of attendance at meetings when in curred on the written authority and direction of the Librarian, $ 9,000 . For paper, chemicals, and miscellaneous supplies necessary for the operation of the photoduplicatin machines of the Library and t he ma king of pho todup licat e prin ts, 5,000 . LIB RA RY BUILDING Salaries : For the superintendent, disbursing officer, and other personal services, in accordance with the Classification Act of 1923, as amended, $161,422, of which sum $2,000 shall be immediately available . For extra services of employees and additional employees under the Librarian to provide for the opening of the Library Building on Sundays and on legal holidays, at rates to be fixed by the Librarian, $4,700 . For spec ial an d tem porary serv ices in con necti on wit h the cust ody, c are, and maintenanc e of the Library Bu ilding, in cluding extra special services of regular employees at the discretion of the Librarian, a t rates to be fixed by the Librar ian, $500 . For mail, delivery, and telephone services, rubber boots, rubber coats, and other special clothing for workmen, uniforms for guards, stationery, miscellaneous supplies, and all other incidental expenses i n connect ion with t he custod y and main tenance of the Library Building, $7,000 . For any expense of the Library of Congress Trust Fund Board not properly chargeable to the income of any trust fund held by the board, $500 . GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE PUBIC PRINTING AND BINDING : To provide the Public Printer w ith a working capital for the following purposes for the execution of printing, binding, lithographing, mapping, engraving, and other authorized work of th e Government Printing Office for the various branches of the Government : For salaries of Public Printer, $10,000, and Deputy Public Printer, $7,500 ; for salaries, compensation, or wages of all necessar y officers and employees additional to th ose herein appropriated for, including employees necessary to handle waste paper and condemned material for sale ; to enable the Public Printer to comply with the provisions of law granting holidays and
