Fourth Pan American Commercial Conference : To enable the Pan American Union to meet the expenses of the Pan American Com- mercial Conference to be held in Washington, District of Columbia, in 1931, as provided by the Act approved February 20, 1931, fiscal years 1931 and 1 932, $ 15,000 . International Technical Consulting Committee on Radio Com- munications : Not to exceed $290 .58 of, the appropriation for Inter- national Technical Consulting Committee on Radio Communication, made in Public Resolution Numbered 17, approved June 21, 1929, is hereby made available for the payment of expenses incurred for purposes of entertainment in connection with the meeting of such c ommittee .
