Resolved by the S e na te and t he House of R epresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That for defraying the expenses of the Army Band in attending the Annual Encamp- ment of the Grand Army of the Republic to be held at Des Moines, Iowa, September 13 to 16, inclusive, 1931, as authorized by the Act approved March 3, 1931, there is hereby appropriated out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $7,500 for the fiscal year 1932 : Provided, That in addition to transportation and Pullman accommodations, the leaders and members of the Army Band may be allowed not to exceed $5 per day each for actual living expenses while on this detail, and that the payment of such expenses shall be in addition to the pay and allowances to which members of pay, etc . the United States Army Band would be entitled while serving at thei r pe rman ent stat ions .
