BY-PRODUCTS PLA NT FOR PRIBILOF ISLANDS, ALASKA For the construction of a by-products plant for the utilization of fur-seal carcasses at the Pribilof Islands, including machinery and other equipment, to be available until expended, $65,000 . Not to exceed $1,000 of the appropriations herein made for the Bureau of Fisheries shall be available for expenses of attendance at meetings concerned with the work of said bureau when incurred on the written authority of the Secretary of Commerce . For purchase of law, professional, and other reference books and publications and scientific books, including their exchange, and expenses of transporting publications of patents issued by the Patent Office to foreign governments, and directories, $8,000 . For producing copies of weekly issue of drawings of patents and designs ; reproduction of copies of drawings and specifications of ex haust ed p atent s, de sign s, tr ade-m arks , and ot her paper s, su ch other papers when reproduced for sale to be sold at not less than cost plus 10 per centum ; reproduction of foreign patent drawings ; photo prints of pending application drawings ; and photostat and photographic supplies and dry mounts, $230,000 . The headings of the drawings for patented cases may be multi- graphed in the Patent Office for the purpose of photolithography .
