[Public, No . 18.] Be it enacted b y the Senate and House of Representatives of the United S t at e s of America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the White River at or near Newport, Arkansas, authorized to be built by the State highway commission of Arkansas by the Act of Congress approved May 29, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof . Sac . 2 . The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby express ly res erved . Approved, June 21, 1929 . CHAP. 35 .-An Act To extend the time for the construction of the bridge across the Chesapeake Bay . Be it enac ted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge author- ized by Act of Congress, approved February 15, 1927, to be built by the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Company, a corporation, across the Chesapeake Bay, are hereby extended one and three years respectively from the date of approval hereof .
