Be it enacted by the Se'nate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Oongress assembled, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place ,on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws- The name of Susan H. Waldo, former widow of Albert A. Cran- dell, late of Company C, Ninth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $30 per month. The name of Carrie D. Ince, widow of Thomas F. Ince late of Company C, Eighth Regiment Missouri Volunteer Cavairy and Thirteenth Company, Second Battalion, Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a peLlsion at the rate of $20 per month and increase the Tate to $30 1?er month from and after the date she shall have attained the age of SIxty years, which fact shall be determined by the submis- sion of satisfactory evidence by the beneficiary to the Bureau of Pensions. The name of Julia C. Baker, widow of Henry Baker late of Troop A, Second Regiment United States Cavalry, and first lieu- tenant, Fifth Re~iment United States Cavalry, and pay her a pen- sion at the rate ot $30j>er month. The name of Mary E. Fisher, widow of Fritz Fisher, late of Com- pany I, One hundred and fifty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $50 per month in lieu · of that she is now receiVIng. The name of Ida May Gaston, widow of Samuel B. Gaston, late {)f Company K, Ninth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry and Company A, Eighteenth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a l>e~ion at the rate of $40 per month in lieu of that she IS now reCeIVIng. The name of Luella B. Davis, helpless and dependent daughter of James Davis, late of Company L, First Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month in lieu of that she is now receiVIng.. The name of Mary J ane Wallace, helpless and dependert daughter of Abraham ,\Vallace, late of Company A, Seventy-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month. The name of Lizzie Smith, widow of Edward Pose Smith, alias E. P. Smith, late of Captain M. R . Singleton'S Company M, Eighty- first Regiment Enrolled Missouri MilItia, and pay her a pension at the rate of $30 per month. The name of Catherine Cushman, heJpless and dependent daughter of Dewitt Cushman. late o~ COlI!pany I, Fifteenth Regi~!ent Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and NInth Company, Second BattalIon, Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of $20 per month. Schroth, late of Company M, Third Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $40 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
