A PROCLAMATION WHEREAS it appears that a modification of the boundaries of the Arapa~o N~tional AhN·1 . hS fCI d I' d b Forest, ( 010. . rapa 0 atlOna Forest, ill t e tate 0 0 ora 0, as proc tl.lll1e y Preamble. proclamation of November 19, 1912 (37 Stat. 1770), through the Vol. 37, p. 1770. transfer to said national forest of certain lands now within the Holy Cross and Leadville National Forests, and through the exclusion by transfer of certain other lands to the Routt National Forest, would be in the public interest; N ow, THEREFORE, I, HERBERT HOOVER, President of the United Area modified. f Vol.30, p.36. States of America, by virtue of the power in me vested by the act 0 u. S. c., p. 419. Congress approved June 4, 1897 (see. 473, title 16, U. S. Code), do proclaim that the boundaries of the Arapaho National Forest, in the State of Colorado, are hereby changed and that they are now as sho'wn on the diagram hereto annexed and forming a part hereof; that it is not the int~ntion of this proclamation to place under national forest administration any lands which have not hitherto been included within a national forest, and that it is not intended to exclude from said Arapaho National Forest any lands other than those so designated on the attached diagram. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand und caused the seal of the United States to be affixed. Code), do proclaim that the boundaries of the Cochetopa K ational Forest, in the State of Colorado, are hereby changed find that they are now as shown on the diagram hereto annexed and furming a part hereof, that it is not the intention of this proclamation to place under nrrtionai forest administration any lands which haye not hitherto been included within a Ilational forest, and that it is not. intended to exclude from said Cochetopa National Forest any lands other than those so desig- nated on the attached diagram.
