States of America, by virtue of the power in me vested by the act 0 u. S. c., p. 419. Congress approved June 4, 1897 (see. 473, title 16, U. S. Code), do proclaim that the boundaries of the Arapaho National Forest, in the State of Colorado, are hereby changed and that they are now as sho'wn on the diagram hereto annexed and forming a part hereof; that it is not the int~ntion of this proclamation to place under national forest administration any lands which have not hitherto been included within a national forest, and that it is not intended to exclude from said Arapaho National Forest any lands other than those so designated on the attached diagram.
