Greene, widow of Captain Frank L. Greene, late of Company B, First Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of $150 per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. R. 531 .] [Private, No. 476.] Be ·it enacted by the Senate and H O'U8e oj Rep'i'esentoti1)&8 of the ~ohn M~aiordeath United, States of A11U3rWa in Oongres8 assembled, That the Secretary 01 s:r.n en , of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay John Maika the sum of $3,000 in fnIl settlement of all claims against the Government of the United States resulting from the death of his son, Michael Ma.ika, who was struck and killed by an Army truck of the United States of America on the 3d day of Appropriation. September, 1923, and the said sum of $3,000 is hereby appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the provisions of this Act. Limitation on attor- SEO. 2 .
