Hearn, late an employoo of the Capitol Police, a sum equal to six months of his compensation as sucn employee, cne-half of said sum to be paid by the Senate and one-half m!:1:s'0n of dlsb1Jl'll6o by the House, and an additional amount, not exceeding $250, to . defray the funeral expenses of said Napoleon B.
