CLAIMS CONVEXTION-MEXICO. SEPTE~IBER 2) 1929. It is agreed that nothing con- tained in this Article shall in any wise alter or extend the time origi- nallv fixed in the said convention of September 8,1923, for the pres- er:tation of claims to the Com- mission, or confer upon the Com- mission any jurisdiction over any claim for loss or damage accruing subsequent to August 30, 1927. ARTICLE II.
