Hettinger, Kidder, Logan, McIntosh, McLean, Mercer, Morton, Oli- ver, Sioux= Slope, and Stark shall constitute the southwestern divi- sion of said district ; and the territory embraced on the date last mention ed in the co unties of Ba rnes, Cass, R ansom, Richl and, S ar- gent, and Steele s hall cons titute th e southea stern div ision ; an d the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Benson, Bottineau, Cavalier Grand Forks, McHenry 1 Nelson, Pem- bina, R amsey, Rolet te, Tr ain ; Wa lsh, T owner, and P ierce shall con- stitute the northeastern division ; and the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Burke, Divide, McKenzie, Mountrail t Renville, Ward, and Williams shall constitute the north- western division ; and that the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Dickey, Eddy, Foster, Griggs, La Moure, Sherid an, St utsman , and Wells shall c onstit ute th e cent ral di vi si o n . The se veral Indian reser vation s and parts t hereof withi n said State shall constitute a part of the several divisions within wh ich they are respe ctively s ituated . Term s of the district court for the sou thwest ern di vision shall be he ld at B ismarc k on t he sec ond Tuesday in March ; for the southeastern division, at Fargo on the second Tuesday in December ; for the northeastern division, at Devils Lake on the second Tuesday in May and at Grand Forks on the second Tuesday in November ; and for the northwestern division, at Minot on the second Tuesday in April ; and for the central division at Jamestown on the second Tuesday in October . The clerk of the court shall maintain an office in charge of himself or a deputy at each place at which court is held in his district ." Approved, June 29, 1932 . [CHAPTER 306 .1 AN ACT To prohibit the misuse of official insignia . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That hereafter the manufacture, sale, or possession of any badge, identification card, or other insignia, of the design prescribed by the head of any depart- ment or independent office of the United States for use by any officer or subordinate thereof, or of any colorable imitation thereof, is pro- hibited, except when and as authorized under such regulations as may be prescribed by the head of the department or independent office of which such insignia indicates the wearer is an officer or subordi nate . . SEC. 2. Any person who offends against the provisions of this act shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not exceeding $250 or by imprisonment for not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment .
