Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the following r Firs, D, e"cle cyAct, sums are appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not other- wise appropriated, to supply urgent deficiencies in certain appro- priations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1932, and prior fiscal years, to pro vide s upplem ental approp riation s for the fi scal y ear ending June 30, 1932, and for other purposes, namely TITLE I LEGI SLATIVE ESTABLI SHMENT
