Pearce, in full settlement 0 all claims against the Government for injuries sustained by him on JUly 19, 1918, when he was shot by a sentry at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in the State of Maryland: Provided, That no part of the amount r~iion on at- appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be torney'a,etc., (- . paid or delivered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim. It shall be unlawful for any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, to exact, collect, withhold, or receive any sum of the amount aPl'ropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof on account of services rendered in connection with said claim, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding. Any person violating the Penalty(orviolatlon. provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representat;ves of the United States of America in Oongress assembled, That the Secretary Louis Soluri. of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay, out of the ons~ea~oTarmstroBot (talk).pay to, appropriation" Pay of the Navy, 1932," to Louis Soluri, father of the late Felix Soluri, seaman first class, United States Nary, an amount equal to six months' pay at the rate said Felix Soluri was receiving at the date of his death: Provided, That said Louis Soluri ~~rdependency. can show to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the Navy that he was totally dependent upon his son at the time of his son's death. R . 1931.1 [Private, No. 100 .1 United States of America in Oong1'es8 assembled, That the Secretary ~ed B~o~. ~ ~ of the Interior be, and he is herebv, authorized and directed to pay, feit!rt~y'J>:!~d~r out of the funds of the Alaska Railroad, the sum of $1,009.10 to Ned Bishop, in refund for his Liberty bond forfeited to the Alaska Railroad in connection with a ~ontract between said Ned Bishop and the Alaska Railroad for furnishing railroad ties in the year 1922.
