Virginia, and its successors, to maintain and operate, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled "An Act to regulate the con- Vol. 34, p. 84. struction of bridges over navigable waters ", approved March 23, 1906, a bridge and approaches thereto already constructed to replace an inadequate structure already constructed across the Staunton and Dan Rivers, at their mouths-Clarksville, in Mecklenburg County, which bridge is hereby declared to be a lawful structure to the same extent and in the same manner as if it had been constructed in accordance with the provisions of said Act of March 23, 1906 .
