leum Exposition, Tulsa, United States is authorized to invite by proclamation, or in such okra . other manner as he may de em proper, the States of the Union and Proclamation to inv ite participa tion, all foreign countries to participate in the proposed International Petrol eum E xposi tion, to be held at Tu lsa, Oklahoma, from May 12 to May 19, 1934, i nclusive, for th e purpos e of exh ibiting samples of fabricated and raw products of all countries used in the petroleum industry and bringing together buyers and sellers for promotion of tra de and com mer ce in s uch products . SEC . 2 . All articles that shall be imported from foreign countries Admission of articles for the sole purpose of exhibition at the International Petroleum for exhibition .
