For electric and cable car service, $375,000 . For balances due foreign countries, $1,000,000 . For travel and miscellaneous expenses in the Postal Service, office of the Second Assistant Postmaster General, $1,000 . For the inland transportation of mail by aircraft, as authorized by law, and f or the incidental expenses thereof, including not to exceed $ 17,760 fo r supervi sory offi cials an d clerks at air ma il transf er points, and not t o exceed $34,967 f or perso nal servi ces in th e Distric t of Col umbia and in cident al and trave l expen ses, $ 12,000 ,000 .
