F., Transportation and Mining Division; Referring to articles !'i, 9 and 11 of the Shipping Law; Have approved and agreed: The following amendment Is made to the general administrative regulations mentioned in articles li, 9 and 17 of the Shipping Law, promulgated by Royal Decree of September 22, 1009 (Ofllcl,al (}(nette No. 315), last amended by Royal Decree of November 4, 1926 (Ofll,olal G6~eete No. 369) : ARTICLE I. A new paragraph is added to article 54, reading as follows: .. 3. Whenever it can be done without danger to ship and crew, a smaller freeboard may be permitted bl the commission mentioned In article 39, under the stipulations to be made b7 It, than in accordance with the provisions of this decree, provided that as a minimum the requirements established concernlng the freeboard of ships by the convention concluded at London OD luly 5, 19SO, be met."
