Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge and causeway between the mainla nd, at or near Cedar Point, and Dauphin Island, Alabama, heretofore authorized to be built by Dauphin Isla nd Railwa y and Ha rbor Comp any, its successo rs and as signs Vol.47, p. 1416; A,-te, (Mobile County, Alabama, transferee), as last extended by Public p'101' Law Numbered 399, Seventy-second Congress, approved March 1, 1933, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval of this Act . United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the times for Time e xtended for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the bridging, at Astoria, Oreg. Col umbia Rive r, at Asto ria, Clats op Co unty, Oreg on, a uthor ized to be built by the Oregon-Washington Bridge Board of Trustees by an Act of Congress approved June 13, 1934, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from June 13, 1936 . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby au thorized to be ap propriate d, out o f any mon ey in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for payment to the Govern- ment of Norway in full and final settlement of all claims for reimbursement on account of losses sustained by the owner and crew of the No rwegian s teamer T ampen by reason o f the det ention of the vessel by the United States Coast Guard during June 1925, the sum of $8,765 .
