AN ACT [H. R. 11821.1 To correct an error in section 16 (e) (1) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as [Public, No. 649.] amended, with respect to adjustments in taxes on stocks on hand, in the case of a reduction in processing tax . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That paragraph (1) of subsection (e) of section 16 of the Agricultural Adjustment Act, as amended, is amended by striking out "subsequent to June 26, 1934" and inserting in lieu thereof "on or after June 1, 1934" . AN ACT [H. R . 11929 .] Granting to the State of Iowa for State park purposes certain land of the United [Public, No . 650 .]

St ates in Clay ton Coun ty, Iowa . Be it enacted by the Senate and House o f Representatives o f the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That there is hereby granted to the State of Iowa, upon the conditions and limitations hereinafter expressed, the following-described land of the United States lying and being in the Upper Mississippi River Wild Life and Fish Refuge , in Clayton Co unty, Iowa, agg regating five hundred and forty-four and twenty-seven one-hundredths acres, more or less, to be held and administered by said State for the purposes of a State public park : Lots 2, 3, and 4, section 35, township 95 north, range 3 west, fifth principal me ridian (except ing, however, f rom said lot 2 a strip of land on the north side eight chains wide at the east end and twelve chains wide at the west end, containing twenty-eight and seventy-two one-hundredths acres, more or less ; and also excepting from said lots 2, 3, and 4, a strip of land containing six and twenty-five one- hundr edths acres, more o r less , bein g the r ight-o f-way of the Chica go, Milwaukee, S aint Paul and Pacific Railway ), the parcel h ereby con- veyed containing according to survey one hundred twenty-seven and seventy-three one-hundredths acres, more or less . Lot21,block11;lot21,block13;lots7,8,12,14,and17,block14; and lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, block 42 ; all situate in the James Mc- Gregor, Juni or, addition t o the town of M cGregor, Iowa, containing according to survey one an d fifty-seven o ne-hundredths a cres, more or less .
