Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Dela ware River .

5 bridge authorized facil itat e in ters tate com merc e, impr ove the post al s ervi ce, and prov ide across West Branch, from Hancock, N.Y., for military and other purposes, the Interstate Bridge Commission to Buckingham, Pa. of the State of New York and the Co mmonw ealth of Pen nsylva nia be, and is hereby, authorized to reconstruct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the West Branch of the Delaware River, at a point suitable to the interests of naviga- tion, at or near the vicinity o f Hancock, Delaware County, New York, and a point in the town of Buckingham, Wayne County, Construction .
