C ., title 44, sec . 183), as relates to the gratuitous distribution of the Congressional Record, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows 183 . SAME ; GRATUITOUS COPIES ; DELIVERY ; sunsciii TioNs .-The Pub- lic Printer shall furnish the Congressional Record as follows and s hall fur nish gra tuit ousl y no oth ers in a ddit ion ther eto Of the bound edition to the foldino room of the Senate five copies for the Vice President and each „enator ; to the Secretary and S ergeant at Arms of the S enate, e ach, two copies, and to the Join t Committee on Printing not to exceed one hundred copies ; to t he folding room of the House of Representatives three, copies for each Representative, Delegate, and Resident Commissioner in Congress, and to the Clerk, Sergeant at Arms, and Doorkeeper of the House of Representatives, each, two copies . Of the dail y editio n to the Vice Pr esident and each Senator , one hundred copies ; to the Secretary and Sergeant at Arms of the Sen- ate, each, twenty-five copies ; to the Secretary, for official use, not to exceed thirty-five copies, and to the Sergeant at Arms for use on the floor of the Senate, n ot to exceed fifty copies . To each Representative, Delegate, and Resident Commissioner in Congress, sixty-eight copies ; to the Clerk, Sergeant at Arms, and D oorkee per of the House of Rep resen tative s, eac h, twe nty-f ive c op ie s ; to the Clerk, for o fficial use, n ot to exceed fifty copies, and t o the Do orkeeper for use on the floor of the Hou se of Re presenta - ti ves, not to e xceed seventy- five copies . To the Vice President and each Senator, Representative, Delegate, and Resident Commissioner in Congress, there shall al so be fur- nished (and shall not be transferable) three copies of the daily Record, of which one shall be delivered at his residence, one at his of fice, and one at the Capito l . In addition to the foregoin g the Co ngressio nal Reco rd shall also be furnished as follows There shall be printed and held in reserve by the Public Printer, in unstitched form, as many copies of the daily Record as may be required to supply a semimonthly edition, which shall be bound in paper cover together with each semimonthly index when the same is issued and shal l then be de liver ed pro mptly as her einaf ter provided . To each committee and commi ssion of Co ngress , one daily and one semimonthly copy . To each joi nt commi ttee and joint c ommissio n in Con gress, a s may be designated by the Joint Committee on Printing, two copies of the daily, one semimonthly copy, and one bound copy . To the Secretary and the Sergeant at Arms of the Senate, for offic e use, each, six semimonthl y copies . To the Clerk, Sergeant at Arnls, and Doorkeeper of the House, for office use, each, six semimonthly copies . To the Joint Committee on Printing, ten semimonthly copies . To the Vice President and each Senator, Representative, Delegate, and Resident Commissioner in Congress, one semimonthly copy . To the President of the United States, for the use of the Executive Office, ten copies of the daily, two semimonthly copies, and one bound copy . To the Chief Justice of the United States and each of the Asso- cia te Justi ces of t he Supre me Court of the United S tates, o ne copy of the daily.
