[CH APTER 170.1 (CHAPTER 171 .1 AN ACT To revive and reenact the Act entitled "An Act authorizing Vernon W. O'Connor, of Saint Paul, Minnesota, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, to con- struct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Rainy River at or near Baudette, Minnesota." Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the Act approved March 8, 1932, authorizing Vernon W . O'Connor, his heirs, lega l repre sentat ives, and as signs, to con struct, main tain, and operate a bridge across the Rainy River, at or near Baudette, Minne- sota, be, and the same is hereby, revived and reenacted : Provided, That this Act shall be null and void unless the actual construction of the bridge herein referred to be commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date of approval hereof . Carolina to construct, maintain, and operate a fr ee highway bridge across Waccamaw River, at or near Old Pireway Ferry Crossing, North Carolina . Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the waccamaw River . United States o f America in Congress assembled, That the consent of North Carolina may bridge, at Old Pireway Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of Ferry Crossing . North Carolina to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across Waccamaw River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, about two miles east of the Old Pireway Ferry Crossing, in the counties of Columbus and Bruns- wick, State of North Carolina, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled "An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters ", approved March 23, 1906.
